Dear visitors of the Grand Holm Marina website,

As a five-time mile skipper of the Tallinn Yacht Club, I have travelled almost 2 000 nautical miles with my boat this spring. This means I can now add such coastal countries as Malta, Albania and Slovenia to my collection of European countries. In addition to the courtesy flags of these countries, we have also hung the courtesy flag of Venice at the Grand Holm Marina. Haapsalu is often compared to Venice. Personally, I would use this comparison to describe the Haapsalu Tagalaht Bay which reminds me of the Venetian Lagoon.
Like every summer, the seafaring experience acquired in Venice, and elsewhere, will be put to good use at the Grand Holm Marina in Haapsalu. Starting this season, the highly esteemed Tallinn restaurant “Dominic” will operate the marina restaurant, to enhance the Mediterranean atmosphere at Grand Holm Marina.
